Lee Rasch

Lee Rasch is the president of Western Technical College, a position he has held for over 24 years. Dr. Rasch continues to be involved in numerous State initiatives for the Wisconsin Technical College System (WTCS), and serves as the Chair of the Legislative Committee of the WTCS Presidents’ Association. He is also a Board Member (and Past President) of the national organization CQIN (Continuous Quality Improvement Network), a member of the Board for the Wisconsin Center for Performance Excellence, and recently served as a member of the Governor’s Council on Workforce Investment. He is a passionate advocate for technical education’s role in changing people’s lives and contributing to the economy of the regions they serve.
