Founder & President

Leigh Searl is Founder and President of America’s Career Force (ACF) a 501(c)(3) organization for military spouses by military spouses, connecting career minded military spouses with remote career opportunities. ACF is an online platform specializing in connecting businesses with remote or telework professionals. Leigh, a military spouse, founded ACF after spending many years searching for a better way to obtain satisfying and rewarding employment living the military lifestyle. Leigh is a graduate from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, with a degree in Behavioral Sciences and Pre-law. After working remotely as a Business Manager in Europe for a U.S. based company for three years, Leigh returned to the States and pursued her lifelong dream of attending law school. Despite numerous deployments, military relocations, having and raising two children, Leigh earned her Juris Doctor, remotely, from Concord Law School, an online law school. After several more moves Leigh worked, again remotely, for DeCaro Luxury Real Estate Auctions, connecting ultra-high-net-worth individuals from around the world to luxury real estate auctions. Leigh’s journey eventually led her to The Nassimi Group, a real estate development and investment firm based in New York. As, Vice President of Business Development and a New York licensed real estate sales person for The Nassimi Group, working remotely Leigh provided seamless productivity and advice regarding national and international clients, commercial real estate acquisitions, business analysis and intelligence and off-market sales transactions. Among her many accomplishments with The Nassimi Group, Leigh sourced a buyer for a $630 million off-market commercial transaction and worked a $1.8B redevelopment. During this period, Leigh developed ACF to transform remote and telework opportunities for businesses and job seekers alike, creating an absolute winning business strategy. Leigh has a long record of success through virtual platforms and has embraced a virtual professional career. She completely understands the challenges businesses face pursuing a remote workforce and has developed the resources and tools to overcome those challenges. The D.R.E.A.M.S. program (Discovering Remote Employment for America's Military Spouses) of America’s Career Force focuses on connecting companies with active military spouses to support and fulfill business objectives. Leigh also understands the challenges military spouses face living such a transitional life. Military spouses are passionate about the American Dream and live their lives supporting that ethos. Our national strength hinges upon a strong military and a strong economy and yet spouses are a too often a forgotten component to the workforce equation. The D.R.E.A.M.S. program champions those who support and defend the American Dream, bringing the strength and reliance of the military home to local businesses.
