A recent nominee for best personal blog at the West Coast Social Media Awards, Leland Dieno works full time as a digital content administrator for a large retail chain in Western Canada. His day to day job includes building & modifying website content and integrating social media with digital marketing campaigns & strategies.

Through his part-time business Macht Marketing, Leland focuses on working with small businesses on helping them achieve ROI’s via SEO, CPC\PPC and Website solutions. He is the author of two ebooks, “Face The Book With Your Small Business” and “Socialize Your Small Business”, both short reads that can help the average business owner or manager get their business online and start utilizing social media to drive sales.

Leland’s personal life is all about (in prioritized order), his one-year-old son, his passion for his career, continually learning, social psychology, tattoos and politics. Leland is a proud “new\urban\young” conservative and often gets himself into hefty social media based debates regarding Canada’s politics.
