Lewis Michael Senior

Co-CEO and Senior Executive Coach of Equilibria

Lewis M. Senior is the co-CEO and Senior Executive Coach of Equilibria, a global coaching company focusing on effective communication, applied leadership, personal and team development, and risk management and mitigation. Equilibria developed a powerful self-awareness technology called the E-Colors which has spawned various practical applications including Personal Intervention, a tool that gives anyone from the age of 6 or 7 years old the opportunity to make smart ‘in the moment choices’ to respond, rather than react.

Formerly, Lewis spent 29 years with the world's largest oil drilling company. Tapped to be the drilling company's spokesperson and representative to 18,000 employees located all over the world, Lewis took on a grueling schedule that led to the physical and emotional breakdown detailed in At the End of the Day, a book he co-wrote with his daughter Laura Senior Garcia. How he was forced to face his choices and change them for the better, is the core of the story he wants to tell. It is a story for anyone who ever thought they had it all and yet could never seem to find happiness.

Since that life changing event described in the book over twelve years ago, Equilibria was formed in 2004 and today not only are many industries positively effected by their work but also they launched E-Colors in Education with a long term vision of E-Colors, Every School, Every Nation. Lewis says that he feels very privileged to be married to a wonderful Spanish lady called Isabel who has been his wife, friend, mentor, supporter, life-coach and much more for over 35 years. They have two great human beings who are their ‘children’ who Lewis has the pleasure of working with. Laura, his daughter, is Global Operations Manager for Equilibria and David, his son, who is Regional Manager for Europe, Africa, Middle East and South America. They enjoy a happy work life balance and spend time with family is their number one pleasure in life.
