Liane Kupferberg Carter

Liane is a nationally-known writer and advocate for the autism community. She is the author of the memoir Ketchup is My Favorite Vegetable: A Family Grows Up with Autism (Jessica Kingsley Publishers), named a 2017 Outstanding Book of the Year by the American Society of Journalists and Authors. Her articles and essays have appeared in many publications, including The New York Times, Washington Post, Chicago Tribune, PBS Next Avenue, Brain, Child Magazine, and numerous literary journals, blogs and book anthologies.
