Lucy Carrigan

Lucy Carrigan is a senior communications officer at the International Rescue Committee. Before joining the IRC she worked at Air America Radio, ("The Rachel Maddow Show," and "Morning Sedition"), CNN's "American Morning," and ABC News' "World News Tonight with Peter Jennings."
