Madelynne Wager

INSEAD MBA Student (18D)

Madelynne is an MBA student and Women's Scholar at INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France. Previously, she worked as Consultant in the Investment Climate unit at the World Bank Group. She was also the CEO of Brightest Young Minds—a South African NPC that mobilizes Africa's most entrepreneurial young leaders to systematically address development challenges. She first moved to Johannesburg to work as the Machel Mandela Fellow at Brenthurst Foundation where she published research on inequality and inclusive business practices. Madelynne has been recognized as a Global Leader of Tomorrow by the St Gallen Symposium and as part of the Top 35 Under 35 Foreigners Working in Africa by Young People in International Affairs. She graduated as an Angell Scholar from the University of Michigan's Gerald R. Ford School of Public Policy in 2013.
