Dr. Marc Hurlbert joined Avon in 2004 and currently serves as the executive director of the global breast cancer and domestic violence programs of the Avon Foundation for Women. The Crusade and Speak Out have programs in 55 countries and award more than $50 million annually to programs working to end breast cancer and violence against women. In 2013, under Dr. Hurlbert’s leadership, Avon joined forces with 15 charities and five pharmaceutical partners to launch the Metastatic Breast Cancer Alliance to work to improve the quality and length of life for patients living with metastatic disease.
