Marvin Sapp

Preacher and Gospel Singer

Marvin Sapp is the founder and senior pastor of Lighthouse Full Life Center Church at Kingdom Square, one of the fastest growing churches in Western Michigan and a renowned gospel singer. Pastor Sapp has often been heard to say that he is β€œnot a singer that happens to preach but a preacher called by God who is gifted to sing.”

A native of Grand Rapids, Michigan, Pastor Marvin is committed to his community and enjoys taking the message to the masses. He is innovative in his approach to winning the lost and edifying the believer. In his inaugural year, the ministry initiated a Full Life approach with an emphasis of addressing the spiritual, financial, educational, physical and mental needs of the body.

When he is not spreading the word of God each year during two hundred or more preaching and speaking engagements, Pastor Marvin Sapp ministers at his home church in Grand Rapids, Michigan. By 2012, he hopes to have built a 1500-seat sanctuary connecting to FLC.
His ultimate goal? To encourage believers to elevate their level of worship and praise. And he starts at home with three children Marvin II, Mikaila and Madisson, in loving memory of his late wife of eighteen years, Dr. MaLinda P. Sapp.
