Max Skibinsky is a serial entrepreneur, and currently a co-founder & CEO of stealth social cryptography startup Vault12. With a degree in theoretical physics, Max left eastern Europe to make his mark in Silicon Valley over a decade ago. After leading and building several startups, Max sold one of his companies to Disney/Playdom in a multi-million dollar acquisition. In 2013, he was invited to join top tier Sand Hill venture fund Andreessen Horowitz, as an investment partner where he had led diligence in deals ranging from enterprise security to Bitcoin. Max is an active angel investor and advisor to a number of companies graduating from YCombinator and 500Startups accelerators. His expertise is in cryptography, blockchains/cryptocurrencies, and all things Silicon Valley.
