Melissa Bridges and her husband, Nathan are the parents to two precious boys adopted from Russia: Iliya, adopted in 2007 and Maxim, adopted in 2011. Although her most important job is at home, being a wife and mother, Melissa holds both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Human Development & Family Studies from The University of Alabama. In other lives, she has worked for two non-profit child & family agencies in Alabama, as well as taught college-level child development courses.
