Michael Haydock

IBM's Global Leader for Customer Analytics

Michael Haydock, PhD, is IBM's Global Services leader for Customer
Analytics. He is also an IBM Distinguished Engineer. His role includes
building analytical technologies that use supercomputing for massive
data analysis, which provides IBM customers in retail, financial
services, health care and transportation with key competitive
advantages.

He holds a B.S. and an M.S. from Florida Atlantic University, with a
specialization in Marketing Management, and a Ph.D. in Applied
Management & Decision Sciences with a specialization in Operations
Research at Walden University in Minneapolis, Minn.
