Michael Maccoby is the author of The Leaders We Need and What Makes Us Follow. He is president of the Maccoby Group in Washington D.C. and director of the Project on Technology, Work and character, a nonprofit research center. A psychoanalyst, anthropologist, and consultant, he also teaches leadership at the Brookings Institution and Oxford University’s Said Business School. His BA and PhD are from Harvard.
