Michelle Voss Roberts is Assistant Professor of Theology and Culture at the Wake Forest University School of Divinity. Her areas of research and teaching include comparative theology, feminist theology, and religious pluralism. She is the author of Dualities: A Theology of Difference (Westminster John Knox, 2010), which considers how Hindu and Christian women's wisdom breaks down dualisms. Her current book project, Peace, Love, and Fury: Tastes of the Divine, explores the place of the emotions in religious life. Michelle is a lay theologian, a member of the United Methodist Church, and a practitioner of yoga. She is past co-chair of the Comparative Theology Group and now serves on the steering committees of the Christian Systematic Theology Section of the American Academy of Religion and the Society for Hindu-Christian Studies.
