Naya Rivera starred for six seasons on Ryan Murphy’s critically acclaimed, Golden Globe and SAG award-winning musical comedy “Glee,” as Santana Lopez. Rivera received an Alma Award, a SAG Award, a Giffoni Award, and a People’s Choice Award for her role on the show. Rivera began singing at the tender age of five after locking in her first major acting role in the 1991 Eddie Murphy produced sitcom, “The Royal Family.” Since, Rivera has made numerous guest appearances on popular primetime TV shows, including “The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air,” “The Bernie Mac Show” and “CSI: Miami.” This summer, Rivera joins the cast of Marc Cherry’s Lifetime series “Devious Maids” as Blanca premiering June 1. Rivera currently resides in Los Angeles with her husband, Ryan Dorsey, and is expecting their first child.
