Niall Traynor

I am an outrageously passionate fitness guru, gym owner, martial artist, and physique competitor.

Niall is a boot camp gym owner, a personal trainer, a physique competitor, a martial artist, devoted husband, and proud father of two little girls. Niall was an active youth playing soccer and hockey but really caught the fitness bug as a young teenager when he started lifting weights at 14. It was love at first lift. Niall has run half marathons and mud run races. He has competed in karate and judo tournaments. He is currently competing as a natural physique competitor in both the masters and in the open divisions (against the young bucks). Niall is still practicing martial arts (he’s a Hapkido black belt; a Korean martial art) as well as Olympic lifting, powerlifting, and bodybuilding. Niall is passionate about helping his members achieve their fitness goals and surpass them through a combination of exercise and nutrition. In addition to running fun and challenging boot camp classes Niall encourages and instructs all his members to practice the most fundamental and effective weight training techniques. Niall believes that the fitness lifestyle leads to well-being in all other facets of life as this approach to fitness can be applied to all aspects of self-improvement. When Niall is not training others, his friends & family, or himself he can be found daydreaming of ways to inspire others to transform their lives.
