Olivia Perez

Olivia Perez, 17, attends the Buckley School in Los Angeles, CA. As a junior in high school, Olivia has used her love for photography to help her branch out to many other interests such as journalism, community service, and traveling. Through her travels to Tanzania last summer, Olivia used her photography to document current issues of the world and aspires to do the same this summer on her trip to India and Thailand to work with children in poverty stricken communities. Her at home community service includes being the Director of Community Outreach for the philanthropists of The BASH, a committee created to help fund teenagers in children’s hospitals of Los Angeles, Orange County, and San Francisco. As she heads off to college next year, she hopes to combine her passion for photography and philanthropy to become a photojournalist.
