Paul Edwards is executive vice president and editor of the Deseret News, Salt Lake City’s longest running daily newspaper. Prior to joining the Deseret News in 2010, Edwards served as the provost of Southern Virginia University and president of the Mercatus Center at George Mason University. He holds a JD and PhD from the University of California, Berkeley.
