Paul Majkowski

Partner at Rivkin Radler LLP and Lymphoma Research Foundation Ambassador

Paul V. Majkowski, a lymphoma survivor, devotes his time to volunteering with the Lymphoma Research Foundation. He is a Past President of the Foundation’s New York City Chapter and currently serves as an LRF Ambassador. In addition, Mr. Majkowski serves an appointment as an FDA Patient Representative through the Office of Special Health Issues, and has sat on an Oncologic Drug Advisory Committee.

In his professional life, Mr. Majkowski is a Partner in the Product Liability & Toxic Tort group of the New York law firm Rivkin Radler LLP, focusing on complex mass toxic tort and class action litigation in domestic and foreign forums. He is a Co-Chair of the Toxic Tort Subcommittee of the American Bar Association's Litigation Section's Mass Tort Committee and a member of the Adjunct Board of Instructors of the US-Korea Law Foundation, and publishes and speaks on related topics. Mr. Majkowski is also active as an alumnus of New York University and St. John’s University School of Law, among other things, assisting in mentoring programs for current students.
