Pedro Garcia is the Paula Ettelbrick Communications and Research Fellow at the International Gay and Lesbian Human Rights Commission (IGLHRC) Class of 2012. Pedro is pursuing a master’s degree in political science and communications at the Paris Institute of Political Studies (Sciences Po Paris) and holds a BA from the same institution with a minor in Latin American studies. He has studied international relations and social sciences at the Autonomous National University of Mexico and at the University of Chicago and previously worked at an independent LGBT news website based in Paris.
