Rabbi, mother of twins, stepmom, interfaith family rabbi
Rabbi Keara Stein is the Director in InterfaithFamily/LA, where she helps interfaith families navigate the twists and turns of their religious lives. An Arizona native, she was ordained at Hebrew Union in 2014 after attending Willamette University in Salem, Oregon. Her rabbinate has taken her to communities as far-ranging as Amarillo, Texas and Jerusalem, Israel. Rabbi Stein now lives in Pasadena, California with her husband Jason, her stepson Jonathan, three year old twins Elliot and Nora, and their dog Cosmo.
