Rachel Unruh is Associate Director for the National Skills Coalition, a broad-based national coalition working to advance state and federal policies that grow the economy by investing in people so that every worker and every industry has the skills to compete and prosper. Rachel facilitates the integration of the organization's organizing, advocacy, and communications strategies.

Rachel holds a master’s degree from Northwestern University and a bachelor’s degree from Grinnell College. She is based in Chicago and Washington, D.C.
