Philosophy, Politics and Economics student at the University of Oxford

PPE student at Corpus Christi College, Oxford about to start their second year. Active within the Oxford University Conservative Association and the Oxford Union, but interested more widely in the full range of political opinions being manifested by my generation. Specialism is the political history of the United Kingdom in the 20th Century, and currently working on research for a book about Stanley Baldwin which hopes to both elucidate his life and allow lessons which can be drawn by modern exponents of the centre-right. Outside of my degree interests, I like to write dystopian fiction as a past time which has a special focus on realism. My other pastimes are immersing myself in the world of cricket and Formula 1, which has resulted in an unhealthy appreciation for the fun that can be had with statistics.
