Contestant, The CW's 'Capture'

Rob Anderson is originally from the Brick, NJ and graduated from James Madison University where he studied film and and theater. He also spent some time in Australia where he realized he hated birds. He now a writer and improviser in Chicago.

He won the fifth season of the acclaimed Chicago talent competition Impress These Apes and put his legendary procrastination skills to use by cramming a lot of work into a little amount of time. He also wrote, directed, and performed in the original musical comedy Straight Camp, focused around a gay-to-straight camp in Texas. At iO Chicago he performs on a house team and does musical improv on the weekends. He is also the friendly, approachable cashier in those Meijer commercials that you all love.
