Rob Spalding

Rob Spalding is a Brooklyn-based designer who grew up in the mountains of East Tennessee and graduated from Parsons in 2010 with a BFA in Product Design. He has worked for Reebok, John Varvatos, Chanel, Built NY, Visionaire, and J. Crew. He is the creator of UBBAS Bath Cups, LGBTQ-family-friendly bath toys that love and pee. UBBAS is an extension of the thesis Rob worked on at Parsons, with guidance from SIECUS and The New School for Social Research. He believes that love is universal and so design should be, too. On a mission to bring laughter to serious subjects, Rob has spent the past two years preparing UBBAS for their debut.
