Robin Rapaport Educator, Entrepreneur, Education Coordinator & Teacher at Visions Adolescent Treatment Center Robin Rapaport is a native Californian, a mother of three and a UCLA graduate. She holds a bi-lingual (Spanish) cross cultural teaching credential and has over 35 years of teaching experience in both public and private schools. Robin was the founder and director of the non-profit organization El Dustberry Ranch, where she shared her life passions by promoting healing and hands on learning through work with rescue horses and experiential activities in a natural setting. Robin served hundreds of people with special needs, cancer, other illnesses and life challenges, as well as taught her distinctive curriculum in Outdoor Classroom programs for schools and groups. Robin has developed unique courses (ESL, Memory Class, Spanish Memory Class for seniors and more) and has written extensive curriculum and programs for children and young adults. She utilizes creative methods to teach and reach each individual. Robin was a Tutor Doctor Franchise owner from 2009-2015. Robin served as a member of the Franchise Advisory Council, was a mentor and the recipient of the President’s Award 2010, the Spirit Award 2011, the Marketing Innovation Award 2012, the Franchisee of the Year Award 2014, and a member of the President’s Circle 2013, 2014 and 2015. As an educator, Robin is committed to inspiring students to be curious about the world around them and to be creative and independent thinkers and problem solvers. Robin encourages all to develop a love for the learning process, so that education becomes a means unto itself rather than a means to an end. Robin continues to fulfill her life's passion as part of the Visions Adolescent Treatment Center team by striving to make a positive difference and impact on the lives of all those she serves.
