Ronit Herzfeld, M.S.W. is a psychotherapist, social activist and spiritual teacher whose life's work is devoted to alleviating human suffering by guiding people to discover their own life's purpose. Her need to understand how humans are capable of such great love and devastating destruction has led her on a lifelong inquiry into the workings of the human body, mind, heart and soul. Building on 25 years of clinical practice and spiritual work, Ronit now uses technology to create innovative tools such as the AWARENESS iPhone app to help people around the world develop greater awareness into the workings of their minds, and shift to the next level of human consciousness. Ronit has worked with the European Parliament and His Holiness the Dalai Lama to bring awareness to the plight of the Tibetan people. She also cofounded the Integral Institute, a think tank organization headed by the philosopher Ken Wilber. Her social activism has led her to Haiti, Israel and the Palestinian territories.
