Ruud de Mooij is Senior Economist in the Tax Policy Division of IMF’s Fiscal Affairs Department. Before joining the IMF, he was Professor of Public Economics at Erasmus University Rotterdam. While working at the IMF, Ruud is currently also a research fellow at the University of Oxford and at the CESifo network in Munich, and a policy-watch editor for the International Tax and Public Finance journal.
