PHD has tapped Sal to lead the agency’s mobile integration effort in order to ensure that mobile is an inherent component of every account team’s tool box. As Sal sees it, the pace at which the mobile lifestyle is advancing has rendered obsolete the siloed approach that the term “mobile strategy” implies. The minute an account team says “strategy”, the “mobile” part should be a given and Sal is here to make sure of that.

In the past year, Sal has worked closely with HBO to create several first-to-market programs, including the award-winning True Blood rich media mobile takeover. His contributions in mobile have had an immediate impact at PHD, most notably being honored as the 2010 and 2011 Mobile Agency of the Year.

Prior to joining PHD, Sal held various positions within digital strategy at other Omnicom Media Group agencies where he created digital media campaigns for both direct response and branding clients. During his time at OMD, he quickly became one of the go-to people for advice and strategy on mobile, which allowed him to work on several mobile campaigns for Fortune 500 brands across various business verticals.

Sal has a proven record of exceeding client expectations by developing digital and mobile programs that surpass business goals and include innovative executions. He continuously strives to create award-winning programs by identifying new technologies along with emerging consumer behaviors, resulting in a solution that generates industry buzz and consumer excitement.
