Sanyu Janardan is from Plymouth, Minnesota. She was diagnosed with Hodgkin's Lymphoma at age 17. After finishing treatment for Hodgkin's, Sanyu attended the University of Minnesota for college and majored in Genetics. She is now in her first year of medical school at the University of Minnesota and loves sunshine, country music, crock pots, and yoga.
