Sarah's 110 Stories has been read by distinguished casts to raise funds for
related charities at The Public Theater, Geffen Playhouse, The Vineyard
Theatre, Town Hall and Grove Street Playhouse. Other plays and one-acts
include Awesome Big Somebody, Shoot Me, Laundry Day, Soft On The
Inside, Me Tarzan, Pass Intercepted, The Pretty One, Can You Hear Me
Now and Little Blue Snowsuit performed at 24 Hour Plays at BAM, EST
Lexington Center, Naked Angels’ Tuesdays At Nine, Snug Harbor and
Makor Theatre. Member: Dramatists Guild. Her work as director includes
The Eggnog Talking (Cherry Lane Theatre) Mistress Syntax (Atlantic
Theatre) and short films Tide (IFC, Hamptons Film Festival, Lake Placid)
and Closing Time (Clermont-Ferrand.) Founder: DnA. Sarah's work as an
artist includes a one-person show of paintings/photos at Corcoran Gallery
of Art plus exhibitions and video art screenings at New Museum of
Contemporary Art, Halle Sud/Switzerland, The Kitchen, Central Park
SummerStage, AFI, MTV, PBS. Recipient: New York Foundation for the
Arts Fellowship. Sarah is currently developing a film version of 110 Stories
and a musical, True Hero, based on her personal experience in the
aftermath of 9/11, as well as an original 30-minute dramedy, Messed Up.
