Scarlett Steer

Operation Smile volunteer

Scarlett Steer lost her heart to Operation Smile in 2007 and has been involved with the organisation ever since. Keen writer, amateur photographer, skilled dish washer and, despite years of travel, appalling suitcase packer, she has been touched by the courage, heart and strength of people the world over living with facial deformities. Witnessing how access to proper healthcare can change lives and alter futures has inspired her to help bring awareness to this cause. Scarlett currently lives in the Caribbean with her three-legged dog, Finn.
