Selma Mustovic is Senior Research Associate at the Citizens Budget Commission (www.cbcny.org), a nonpartisan, nonprofit civic organization devoted to influencing constructive change in the finances and services of New York State and New York City governments. There her focus is on New York State finance issues, such as the Metropolitan Transportation Authority budget, education finance reform, Medicaid, debt affordability, and other state fiscal practices. She received her B.A. in Economics and M.A. in International Economic Policy from Columbia University.
