Shai Agassi

Mr. Shai Agassi is the Founder at Better Place, Inc. and served as its Chief Executive Officer until October 2012. Mr. Agassi works with
government leaders, auto manufacturers, energy companies and others to make his vision—zero-emission vehicles powered by electricity from renewable sources—a reality in countries around the globe. He founded
Better Place (Australia) Pty Ltd. in 2007 and served as its Chief Executive Officer until October 2012. Before founding Better Place,
Agassi served as the President of the Products and Technology Group at SAP AG and a Member of the software company’s Executive Board. He served as the Chief Executive Officer and President at Top Tier Software, Inc. since October 1999. He served as the President of Product Technology Group and Member of Executive Board at SAP AG until
March 31, 2007 and from 2002 to March 31, 2007 and as its Special Consultant April 1, 2007. He also serves as a Member of the Copenhagen Climate Council and the Advisory Board of the Corporate Eco Forum. He
serves as a Member of Industry Advisory Council at Azure Capital Partners. He serves as a Member of Advisory Board and Director of Greater Pacific Capital LLP. He served as the Chairman of Top Tier Software, Inc. since September 1996. He served as a Director of Better Place, Inc. until October 2012. He served as a Director of Top Tier Software, Inc. and SAP America, Inc. He led global development of SAP’s product line and portfolio of industry-specific solutions. He
remains an Active Member of the Forum of Young Global Leaders of the World Economic Forum, where he focuses on climate change, transportation and other key issues.
