Steven Olikara

Steven Olikara is Co-Founder and President of the Millennial Action Project (MAP), a national organization dedicated to revitalizing politics through next generation, post-partisan leadership. In this role, Steven engages rising policymakers across the country to pragmatically tackle future-oriented challenges. He was the driving force behind establishing the bipartisan Congressional Future Caucus, the nation’s first Millennial-led caucus in the U.S. Congress, and is spearheading a growing bipartisan network of state Future Caucuses with young legislators. Prior to founding MAP, Steven worked at the World Bank and advised pop-star Usher’s Foundation on youth initiatives in underserved communities. His work has been featured on NBC News, ABC News, CNN, and MSNBC, as well as The New York Times, The Washington Post, National Journal, POLITICO, The Hill, and more. In 2014, Steven was named Millennial of the Year.
