Sue Hoppin

Founder, National Military Spouse Network

Sue Hoppin is a nationally recognized expert on military spouse and family issues and works to bridge the cultural gaps between government, private and public groups, and military communities. In 2010, Hoppin founded the National Military Spouse Network, a professional development and networking membership organization supporting the professional goals of military spouses. In 2012, President Barack Obama appointed her to the U.S. Air Force Academy’s Board of Visitors. Hoppin is an advocate, author, and consultant with more than 20 years of experience in military community programs. Hoppin holds a bachelor’s degree in international studies from the University of Denver and a master’s degree in international relations from the University of Oklahoma.
