Terri L. Baumgardner, Ph.D.

Dr. Baumgardner is an Industrial/Organizational psychologist, consultant, coach, and author specializing in executive leadership, organizational and talent strategy, and strategic partnerships for social responsibility. Her career includes general management roles with international consulting firms and Fortune 200 organizations. Her work has spanned the globe. She has consulted with and coached hundreds of executive leaders in Global 1000 companies on becoming stronger leaders themselves, and building the leadership/talent bench strength they need on their teams and in their organizations. She founded her own company, Sarber Gardner, seven years ago to continue her work and writing on leadership and talent.
