Therese Rowley, Ph.D., is the CEO of Accelerated Alignment (AA) and the Founder of The Conscious Business Network. Accelerated Alignment collaborates with seasoned leaders, resolving intractable business, leadership and/or life challenges to achieve powerful clarity, aligned purpose and meaningful engagement. Accelerated Alignment supports organizational leaders to operate in full power, high energy and strong focus through mergers, acquisition or organizational realignment. Through a combination of strategic intuitive consulting and coaching, speaking, educational workshops and personal insight sessions, Accelerated Alignment has facilitated large scale change over the past 25 years, launching more conscious cultures that achieve richer outcomes. Dr. Rowley is a profoundly gifted and skilled intuitive, who uses intuitive intelligence to help clients by identifying their unique gifts and purpose, articulating and releasing fear-based beliefs, and realigning energy so they can attract and take action from creative purpose. From spiritual awareness to practical direction, individual sessions forward consciousness and align inner purpose to outer work. Dr. Rowley also founded The Conscious Business Network (CBN) in 2008 to engage thought leaders and business colleagues in heartfelt dialogue to make meaning out of new models and emerging paradigms that shape a more conscious global marketplace. Dr. Rowley’s book Mapping a New Reality: Discovering Intuitive Intelligence and videos on Intuition as an Intelligence offer a conceptual landscape for furthering consciousness and intuitive development. Therese has been adjunct faculty in the Master’s program in OD and HR at the University of San Francisco, Instructor on leadership, strategy and transformation at the University of Chicago’s Booth School LEAD Institute and The Graham School as well as at Northwestern University School of Continuing Studies.
