Strategic marketer, Fuse Corps Fellow

Thomas is a tenured strategic marketer who has transformed into a community policy advocate. He has worked as a brand professional for some of the biggest names in marketing: Cadbury Adams, Philip Morris, Sara Lee, and Walmart to name a few. He has also served as an adjunct Professor of Marketing and Consumer Behavior at the University of the District of Columbia. Whether creating innovation processes or delivering custom marketing programs Thomas has increased bottom lines, employee morale, and better products.

In his spare time Thomas passionately works towards bettering at-need communities. After volunteering to teach marketing techniques to local advertising agencies in Ghana, Africa he committed to transition from corporate marketing to social marketing. Thomas holds a BBA in Marketing from Howard University and later went on to receive his MBA from The Pennsylvania State University. Thomas currently is focused on using his education, and experiences, to move progressive community agendas forward.
