I have been in Commercial Real Estate for thirty-Five years and was a millionaire syndicator of apartment complexes before Reagan's 1984 Tax Reform Act (which was the first time a tax act was retro-active). It destroyed my business, and many others; and eventually led to the Savings and Loan Scandal. I have been in real estate Project Management for the past ten years, finding locations for the wireless cell sites.
