Pastor, Community of Grace; author, 'Searching for Tom Sawyer: How Parents and Congregations Can Stop the Exodus of Boys From Church'
Tim has been a pastor in the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America since 1984. He currently serves as pastor of Community of Grace in Peoria (Phoenix), AZ. He is the author of Searching For Tom Sawyer: How Parents and Congregations Can Stop the Exodus of Boys from Church (WestBow Press). He is also the co-author, along with New York Times Best Selling Author Michael Gurian, of two rites of passage programs, one for boys and one for girls. He and his wife, Jan, have been married since 1979.
