Dr. Ulf Gartzke is co-Managing Partner of Atlantic Advisory Partners, a partnership between Spitzberg Partners LLC and Acasta Capital Inc. that specializes in facilitating trade and investment between Europe and Canada. He is also the Managing Partner of Spitzberg Partners LLC in New York and teaches at Georgetown University’s BMW Center for German and European Studies. He previously headed the Hanns-Seidel-Foundation’s Washington office and worked at the World Economic Forum in Geneva. He holds a PhD from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
