Child Protection Officer, Friends International
VANN Khemreth, better known to his friends and colleagues as Tito, is a Child Protection Officer at Friends International (FI), an NGO based in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. Tito speaks Khmer, Thai and English and is in charge of the FI's ChildSafe International project.
During his eight years working for FI in Thailand and then Cambodia, Tito learned about many issues facing marginalized children/young people and families and has vast experience in effectively assessing their needs in order to work toward their reintegration into society.
