Virginia is a Director of Strategic Insights at Alma. Venezuelan born and raised, Virginia spent half her professional life studying the Venezuelan and Latin American consumers and crafting brand strategies for different Latin American markets. In 2006, she moved to the US, joined Alma and started learning about a similar, but at the same time, very particular and fascinating consumer: US Hispanics. Today, her experience spans across different markets (Venezuela, Mexico, US) and very different categories (Financial Services and Insurance, Alcoholic Beverages, Packaged Goods, Wireless, among others) but her love for understanding people and unearthing unique consumer insights that inspire relevant and engaging brand strategies remains the same.
