Wendy Taeuber

Wendy Taeuber is currently the Country Director for IRC South Sudan, overseeing a portfolio of emergency response, refugee and longer-term programs in health, nutrition, community case management, environmental health, food security, protection and women’s protection and empowerment. She launched her career with IRC in headquarters in 2004 and has worked in multiple regions, roles and country programs. Wendy holds a Master’s Degree in International Affairs from New School University, where she focused her research on migration, human rights and conflict in Africa. Prior to joining IRC, Wendy had a successful career in Hollywood developing movie projects.
