WILLIAM G. HYLAND JR. is an Adjunct Professor of Law at Stetson University College of Law, and the author of IN DEFENSE OF THOMAS JEFFERSON (St. Martins/Thomas Dunne Books, 2009), nominated for the Virginia Literacy Award for 2010. He holds a B.A. from the University of Alabama and a J.D. from the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University.
