Senior Director, Sustainability for Office Depot
Yalmaz Siddiqui leads global sustainability efforts for Office Depot, Inc., guiding strategy across economic, social and environmental dimensions. He defines and tracks global sustainability metrics, engages internal and external stakeholders, supports customer sustainability initiatives and helps create the Office Depot, Inc. Corporate Sustainability Report.
Yalmaz is Founding Chair of the Sustainable Purchasing Leadership Council, a multi-stakeholder effort to guide, measure and recognize leadership in sustainable procurement. He also serves on NACEPT, a Council that provides independent advice to the EPA Administrator.
Before joining Office Depot in 2006, Yalmaz was a Management Consultant with IBM Business Consulting Services and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
He has a Masters in Environment & Development from the University of Cambridge in the U.K., and a Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University in Canada.
