Yolanda J. Gorman, MBA, Ph.D. is the President of Phillips Graduate Institute, a graduate school of professional psychology and management located in the San Fernando Valley. Prior to assuming positions at the Institute, she assisted nonprofit organizations with resource development, evaluation, strategic planning and board training, among other things. She found that in turning around and transforming the Institute, she transformed herself.
