Becky Fox has been creating art in one form or another for her entire life. However, as a third-generation Japanese girl, she was encouraged by her family to pursue more "practical" means of making a living. She kept her passion on the back burner for many years, until she met her husband in 1990. With his encouragement, she began her journey back into art as a serious career. Her passion is to create art and designs that connect with the hearts of those who view them. Becky considers herself a creative midwife helping people birth their ideas through her creative endeavors. She believes that the arts are such a creative healing force that is needed in this world. Her many gifts and talents are demonstrated through her graphic design, fine art, illustration, and multi-media art at OnenessDesign.com. Becky is recognized as a major talent, and her work includes commissioned portraits and murals that have been displayed in numerous galleries, homes, and businesses throughout the United States. Becky, a licensed Centers for Spiritual Living Practitioner, lives in Merritt Island, Fla. with her husband Ron, who is the Spiritual Director of the Center for Spiritual Living Space Coast.

This piece is called "The Awakening." It came through me as the result of a meditation where I was able to release old patterns of belief and see myself in a new way. It symbolizes a rebirth, a transformation, and a celebration of a new life.
