Sway to the Rhythm of Love

When I become scared or confused navigating the labyrinth of life, I take myself back to that space-time when I felt whole and become free once more.

In an era where science has been driven to decode the foundation of consciousness, it is peculiar that many similarities have been drawn dating back to ancient principles. One pretty much needs a dictionary to keep up to the many names by which consciousness is now referred to:

  • Uni-verse, meaning One-song by Deepak Chopra
  • Cosmic Consciousness by Dr. Rudy Tanzi
  • Akasha or Akashic Field by Ervin Laszlo and the late Edgar Cayce
  • Divine Love by yours truly, Denise M. Wilbanks
  • Not to mention the fact that we could go back to the good ole standards, aka God, if only we hadn't created a thick dose of resistance to this name given its association to religion and dogmatic attributes. The multiple interpretations of these principles, not God per se, are what create an aloof breach between our very own soul and understanding the powers that be. This separation leads to all sorts of disharmony, including our personal health issues and our participation in global despair.

How do we expect to put an end to wars if our very own internal compass is out of whack? As mentioned by Deepak Chopra in a recent blog:

"Scientists forgot to write The Theory of Me, an explanation to why each of us matters. How do we fill in the gap created by the quantum revolution, so that the world we experience personally matches the data collected by science?"

The answer to that is far too simple, hence making us look in far away places, dismissing the truth. In many instances, the knowledge to all the secrets of life lay beneath the magic of that first kiss of pure and innocent love. A moment of synchronicity when we discover our heart and the power it has beyond our body. The heart is the one organ by which the entire universe resonates inside of us. Could it be that Albert Einstein had the answer all along when he stated, "Concerning matter, we have been all wrong. What we have called matter is energy, whose vibration has been so lowered as to be perceptible to the senses. There is no matter." Our whole so-called "physical body" is only a vibrational dance in rhythm with all that is. "At an atomic level the uni-verse is one vibration in love."

So then, love is the rhythm, the one-song that governs all realties. Love has its own resonance, in the solfeggio frequencies it is identified with being 528 cycles per second or hertz (HZ). The awakening into the oneness of love is what brings us to the understanding of who we are and what our purpose is in this dimension. Love is the bedrock of all creation.

It is impressive to witness everything from neuroscience to quantum physics converging back to this singular fundamental aspect, the notion that we are an extension of the universe and as such all of the systems encompassed as part of our physical domain operate in equal rhythm. So then, if something as simple as love holds the master blueprint to the flow of life, why have we fallen off from the turnip truck? How do we reconnect with love as the force of our very own reality? How do we realign and how do we wake up from the "illusion" that hypnotized us in the first place?

New agers have been forever explaining how only our thoughts shape our reality. Dr. Wayne Dyer said it best. "When you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change." It is through awareness and a stern attitudinal self-correction that brings us closer to our core and to one another in our natural state of interconnectedness. I believe this awareness is the gateway, the real "Stairway To Heaven." Heaven is not a place we go beyond death, but rather a state of "Being" we create through the choices we ascribe to in every moment of our life.

"The kingdom of heaven is at hand" -- Matthew 3:2

The symbiosis between our emotions and our equanimity, or sense of "I," activates the pineal gland, which I believe acts as the vehicle in our ascension or transcendence into hyper-dimension even as we keep our feet planted on the ground in real time; but then time too is only an "illusion."

To think that during early childhood we held the key to heaven's gate but squandered it away beyond that period is the real tragedy. How many years must we go through pain and suffering only to cycle back to the point of origin and realize what we knew intrinsically but ignored? We hide under the body and cloak our emotions with layers upon layers of lies hoping to protect our heart when in essence we were causing it further dissonance.

It is that alignment or lack of that creates our reality. How we defy the demons in our mind that keep us entrenched in old behaviors and assumptions birthed out of our conditioning is how we liberate our "self." Walking this tightrope has to be the most rewarding practice I have ever pursued. Establishing a relationship between the vibration of love and the "I," the integral aspect within us defining our true nature, is how we find our way back "home," and that is our sole purpose. "Embrace every aspect of your essence; you are the eyes of an unfolding universe that seeks to be expressed."

When I become scared or confused navigating the labyrinth of life, I take myself back to that space-time when I felt whole and become free once more.

There is no secret formula, nothing to look for that you don't already have within you, all you have to do is sway to the rhythm of love.
